How to determine the quality and value of jade? Is there any proof that we can do?

I have given a jade pendant from China, but I'm not sure if it is true or false.

Unless somehow the seller certifies in writing that the "Jade" who is buying is jade or jadeite, would have a hard time finding out whether or not … It is also quite difficult to obtain a definitive analysis of what you have. There are commercial labs that do testing of SEM-EDS, that can be nailed down very close – but that requires at least a small chip that do matter. You would have to "sacrifice" some of the value of each piece provide material for testing. (And if it is to be or nephrite jade …?) The problem is that vendors have very few here that will give you a certificate, even if it is real jade. A higher quality of jade is translucent and especially green, without much Vains of white clouds in it. The lightest of the stone, the less "pure" is jade. It is also very bright and very hard. I hope that helps …
